Signature Fee/ Document Printing Fee

• Acknowledgments- $2 per signature
• Jurat- $2 per signature
• Affidavit- $2 per signature
• Sworn Statements- $2 per signature
• I-9 verification- $15 per employee, as I-9 forms are not notarized and do not fall under the Georgia fee statute. A Notary Public serves as an authorized representative and to verify identification. Travel and Dispatch is an additional charge and not included in this fee.
• $0.25- per page for individuals needing assistance. Not applicable to business entities.
• $5- Original Document Certification
• Travel and dispatch is an additional charge and not included in this fee.

Administering Oaths and Affirmations/Fingerprinting service

• $25 plus an additional $25 per every additional hour until dismissed by the judge.
• Fingerprinting service- $25 per person for the first sheet. Additional sheets $10 each.
• Travel and dispatch is an additional charge and not included in this fee.

Hospital/Hospice/Assisted Living Appointment fee

• $25 plus an additional $25 each additional hour after the first hour. _{*Please verify with administration that on-site notarization is allowed, and visitors are permitted prior to booking your appointment as booking fees are non-refundable.  If the patient is not fully alert or has been medicated, The Notary will not be able to notarize the document(s).}

Witness Service fee

• $25 per witness if provided by Network Connection Solutions. You may provide a witness on your own at no additional charge if the witness meets the criteria per the State of Georgia and has valid identification.
• Travel and dispatch is an additional charge and not included in this fee.

Ordained Minister for marriage ceremonies

• Services start at $175.
• Additional charges for Travel time, Special request from the couple, extra planning time.
• $50 deposit required.

Attorney Guided/Assisted Loan Signings

• Services start at $100 per signing.
• Additional printing charge $25
• Additional Travel charge $25

Wait fee/After hours fee/Holiday fee

• Wait Fee- Grace period is 15 minutes. $15 – Each 15 minutes thereafter (if notary is notified) If the signer is more than 15 minutes late for an agreed upon appointment and doesn’t call or text, the notary will depart the meeting place.

• After hours fee– $15 – Outside normal business hours (8am to 5pm Weekdays) Travel and dispatch is an additional charge and is not included in this fee
• Holiday fee– $25 – Waived if appointment booked in advance Travel and dispatch is an additional charge and is not included in this fee
